At Digitas, we accept cryptocurrency payments only. This Payment Policy explains how payments, deposits, fees, and transactions are handled on our platform. By making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Accepted Payment Method

Digitas currently supports cryptocurrency payments only.
No other payment methods are accepted, including:

  • Bank transfers

  • Credit or debit cards

  • PayPal or other e-wallets

Supported cryptocurrencies may vary depending on platform availability.


2. Payment Processing

  • Payments must be sent to the exact wallet address provided by Digitas.

  • Transactions are considered complete only after sufficient blockchain confirmations.

  • Network congestion or delays may affect processing time.

  • All payments must cover blockchain/network fees.


3. Price & Currency Conversion

All plan prices are displayed on our platform.
If converted from fiat to crypto, exchange rate differences are not the responsibility of Digitas. You must ensure the correct crypto amount is sent.


4. No Chargebacks or Reversals

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:

  • Payments cannot be reversed

  • No chargebacks are allowed

  • Incorrect or incomplete payments cannot be undone

Please double-check wallet address and amount before sending.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be considered in exceptional verified cases.
Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • Wrong wallet address was used

  • Wrong coin or network was selected

  • Payment amount was incorrect

  • Transactions failed due to user error

If a refund is approved, it will be processed in cryptocurrency only.


6. Incorrect or Failed Transactions

Digitas is not responsible for:

  • Payments sent to the wrong address

  • Payments sent on the wrong blockchain network

  • Lost funds due to user mistakes

  • Gas/transaction fee losses

Always verify before sending.


7. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

Digitas reserves the right to:

  • Request KYC verification before or after payment

  • Freeze accounts suspected of fraud or illegal activity

  • Cancel transactions that violate company or legal policies

We comply with applicable AML and regulatory practices.


8. Account Activation

Your plan or service will be activated:

  • After payment is confirmed on blockchain

  • After verification checks (if required)

Processing time depends on network conditions.


9. Changes to Payment Policy

Digitas may update this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised date at the top of this page.
